ATTY. GEORGE IAN T. BALUBAR
GEORGE IAN T. BALUBAR obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas in the year 1999. He completed his law studies in Arellano University School of Law in the year 2004 and passed the bar and took his oath in the year 2005.
Atty. Balubar is a former Compliance and Legal Officer of Philharbor Ferries and Port Services Inc., and a former in house lawyer of real estate company Stateland Inc.
He was a former associate of Tabalingcos and Associates, then former associate of one of the largest firms in the country, DivinaLaw, from the year 2007 until 2013.
He was former partner of Pecson Balubar and Luna Law Offices from the year 2013 until 2019 which was when he formed his own office.
In his more than eighteen years of practice, he handled numerous companies ranging from Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to Multinational Companies (MNCs).
He has also served as legal adviser to several candidates for public office.
He specializes in documentation, real estate transactions, maritime, labor, corporate and civil litigation.
